The KT 130 is a 3-D triggering edge finder. This means it can also be used for nonconducting materials. The stylus is deflected when it contacts the workpiece, and the edge finder sends a triggering signal over the connecting cable to the 200S or 300S digital readout.
The KT 130 edge finder allows you to set datums quickly and easily, without leaving marks on the workpiece.

300S Readout Systems
The 300S is equipped with a 5.7-inch color flat panel display (replaces the cathode-ray monitor of the VRO300) for position values, dialogs and inputs and soft keys. The soft keys are used for diverse functions, mainly for operation and parameterization. The 300S display unit is designed as a sturdy upright unit with splash-proof full travel keypad for use in the workshop. It supports all operations with straightforward interactive menus on its large, easy-to-read color flat screen. In addition, the 300S is capable of all the functions of a programmable counter, such as the creation, editing, storing and running of programs. Numerous programs with differing names can be saved in the program list.

UE Readout Systems
The ACU-RITE VUE is an up-to-three-axis device mainly used as position display unit for simple infeed and positioning tasks, such as on grinding machines, drilling and boring machines, press brakes, crosscut saws, for positioning on rotary tables, etc. The clear and unambiguous display of the current position value on the large, clearly structured LCD screen makes working with the VUE easy and reliable.

ACU-RITE電子尺常見故障現(xiàn)象及處理方法
滑動變阻式電子尺常見故障現(xiàn)象及處理方法電子尺實際上就是一個滑動變阻器,是作為分壓器使用,以相對電壓來顯示所測量位置的實際位置。因此,就對這個裝置(電子尺)提出了幾點要求:
一、供電電壓要穩(wěn)定,工業(yè)電源要求±0.1%的穩(wěn)定性,比如基準電壓10V,允許有±0.01V的波動,否則,會導(dǎo)致顯示的較大波動。如果這時的顯示波動幅度不超過波動電壓的波動幅度,電子尺就屬于正常。
二、供電電源要有足夠的容量,如果電源容量太小,容易發(fā)生如下情況:合模運動會導(dǎo)致射膠電子尺顯示跳動,或熔膠運動會導(dǎo)致合模電子尺的顯示波動。特別是電磁閥驅(qū)動電源于電子尺供電電源在一起時容易出現(xiàn)上述情況,嚴重時可以用萬用表的電壓檔測量到電壓的波動。如果在排除了靜電干擾、高頻干擾、對中性不好的情況下仍不能解決問題,也可以懷疑是電源的功率偏小。
三、不能有外界的干擾,包括靜電干擾和高頻干擾。因此,設(shè)備的強電線路與電子尺的信號線應(yīng)分開線槽。電子尺應(yīng)使用強制接地支架,且使電子尺外殼(可測量端蓋螺絲與支架之間的電阻,應(yīng)小于1Ω電阻)良好接地,信號線應(yīng)使用屏蔽線,且在電箱的一端應(yīng)予將屏蔽線接地或接直流電源負極。靜電干擾時,一般萬用表的電壓測量非常正常,但就是顯示數(shù)字跳動;高頻干擾時其現(xiàn)象也一樣。驗證是不是靜電干擾,用一段電源線將電子尺的封蓋螺絲與機器上某一點金屬短接即可,只要一短接,靜電干擾立即消除。但高頻干擾就難以用上述辦法消除,而且機器手、變頻節(jié)電器多出現(xiàn)高頻干擾,可以用停止機器手或變頻節(jié)電器的辦法驗證。
四、不能接錯電子尺的三條線,1#、3#線是電源線,2#是輸出線除1#、3#線電源線可以調(diào)換外,2#線只能是輸出線。上述線一旦接錯,將出現(xiàn)線性誤差大,控制精度差,容易顯示跳動等現(xiàn)象。如果出現(xiàn)控制非常困難,就應(yīng)該懷疑是接錯線。
五、安裝對中性要好,角度容許±12°誤差,平行度偏差容許±0.5mm,是指某一誤差,如果角度誤差和平行度誤差都偏大,就會導(dǎo)致顯示數(shù)字跳動。在這種情況下,一般可以用萬用表的電壓檔測出電壓的波動。一定要作角度和平行度的調(diào)整。請?zhí)貏e注意:在現(xiàn)場將電子尺的鋁合金支架更換成不銹鋼支架后,同時應(yīng)將拉桿牽引安裝位升高2 mm。否則,接地問題解決了,又形成了不對中的問題,必須同時解決。
六、對于使用時間很久的電子尺,由于前期產(chǎn)品無密封,可能有很多雜質(zhì),并有油、水混合物,影響電刷的接觸電阻,導(dǎo)致顯示數(shù)字跳動,可以認為是電子尺本身的早期損壞。
七、電子尺顯示故障的處理簡單。設(shè)備上只要一只數(shù)字式萬用表,一段電線即可,只要綜合分析,判斷問題和解決問題不是困難。
